Kuba Rugs: Caucasian Rugs from the Kuba Rug RegionOur Kuba rugs are museum-quality, authentic Caucasian rugs from the Kuba weaving area of the Caucasus. This area has been known for fine Oriental carpets for centuries. Some of the most famous and sought after Kuba rugs from are Perepedil rugs, the Alpan rugs and Karagasali rugs. A traditional Kuba rug design that is one of our favorites is the Chichi rug. All Richard Rothstein Kuba rugs are new, authentic Oriental rugs, made using only traditional materials and techniques. It has been more than 100 years since true Kuba rugs of this superb quality have been available.
